Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide a full refund or replacement for products that arrive:

• Damaged during shipping
• With broken vials or seals
• With incorrect product labeling
• With visible contamination

Claim Period: You must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or quantity:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost
• You may keep or dispose of the incorrect product as research material

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of research chemicals, the following situations are NOT eligible for refund:

1. Change of Mind: Products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind
2. Buyer's Remorse: All sales are final once the product has been delivered in good condition
3. Opened Products: Products with broken seals (unless defective upon arrival)
4. Improper Storage: Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
5. Research Results: Refunds are not provided based on research outcomes or efficacy

4. Purity & Quality Guarantee

Every product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing third-party lab testing results. If you receive a product with purity below the stated specification on the COA:

• Contact us with your order number and COA batch number
• We will verify the testing results
• If confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective product
• Photos of the packaging
• Detailed description of the issue

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and respond with:

• Approval or denial of the refund request
• Instructions for return shipping (if applicable)
• Replacement product information

Step 3: Resolution

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Replacement products will be shipped within 2 business days

Shipping & Handling Fees

For Damaged/Defective Products: We will refund the full purchase price including original shipping costs.

For Incorrect Orders: We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement product.

For Non-Eligible Returns: No refunds will be provided for shipping or handling fees.
